My name is Akash Vasishtha. Games provide a compelling form of storytelling that has not been available until recently. In that way, the player can become immersed in memorable worlds that leave on impact on their lives. I do environment art for games, because it provides the foundation for this window into the game world. Atmosphere, mood, composition, and lighting all play a role in the extent to which players get immersed, and it is my goal to continuously learn how to make the most impactful visual that I can.
